His ears must have been burning...

Just got a call from the broker a minute ago. He's been very sick and will try to get the lease done by Monday... It is still good to have options!

    And now you're in a much better position to say 'hmmm... y'know, I was looking at this other location today, and its much better for me, and already has equipment, and.... Well, why should I rent from you again?"
